1. Subscription Plans
- Monthly and annual plans are offered.
- A Free plan (a single paper-trading agent) is available.
- The number of agents, features, and usage/credit scope included in each plan match the Pricing page.

2. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly/annual) until you cancel. At renewal, your saved payment method is charged; if payment fails, it may be retried or access to paid features may be restricted.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle. Cancel from your account billing settings, the Paddle portal, or by emailing support.
4. Plan Changes (Upgrade/Downgrade)
- Upgrades may take effect immediately.
- Downgrades generally take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Whether proration applies depends on Paddle’s billing handling. [TODO: clarify proration policy]
5. Price Changes
The Company may change prices and will give reasonable advance notice. New prices apply to renewals after the notice; for existing subscribers, they take effect from a billing cycle after notification.
6. Taxes
As Merchant of Record, Paddle.com may calculate and collect applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location. Whether tax is included in the displayed price is shown at checkout on the Paddle payment screen.
